If you are not totally satisfied with your spices for any reason, we will happily offer a free product of equal value in exchange or offer a full refund if you don’t wish to exchange. Feel free to email us with any questions you may have.
Shipping Policy
All shipments are currently USPS Priority Mail unless a special arrangement is made prior to the order’s completion. Priority Mail is the best value in terms of 1-3 business days delivery (depending on how far you are from Chicago) with tracking. We fulfill our own orders by hand ensuring you are always getting the very freshest product!
Privacy Agreement
We will not share your information or sell your information ever. We may use your information to send you product updates, closed dates if we are going on vacation, and/or to keep you posted on your order status. We will never fill your inbox with daily spam. We aren’t fans of that approach.
